About this breakbeach · sand · faces S

Outer Cabrillo Beach, the ocean side of the Los Angeles breakwater, which is where Cabrillo gets ocean surf. Point Fermin and Catalina limit its open window to the south-east and south (NOAA geometry), so surf is rare. Mainly a swimming and windsurfing beach, known for strong westerly winds.

Faces S · works on SE–S swell · best SSE–S · usually surfed by beginner surfers
